Class Cancellation Policies

Payment in full is required before service is provided. Once purchased, classes are non-refundable. If we determine that it is the best interest for the dog to seek Private Training, then arrangement for private lessons will be made. Class fees may be pro-rated towards private lessons. If you decline private lessons, then your class fee will be forfeited.

Declaration

I consent to the use and disclosure of my personal data provided in this form, by House of Smarty Paws its respective agents, and authorized service providers, for the purposed of the above mentioned courses and for communicating relevant information above the H.O.S.P group including its programmes, products and services.

All the terms and conditions have been read and affirmed. I agree to comply and abide by the decision of H.O.S.P concerning this application.
